These are from Tuesday, May 1st 2008 in San Francisco, CA - May Day. If you got here directly, you might be interested in the main index page for this report.

Basically human rights stuff. UN Article 15 related to torture and inhuman treatment and such. There's something about everybody having the right to change their nationality (sorry, my Spanish is really bad, I'm sure I'm missing some of the points in a complex sign).

I think that says "Across the fence"

Lucha!

That's a Honduran flag.

There were a ton of these ice cream sellers that sold on one end, marched, then sold on the other.

There weren't a huge number of Palestinian flags and Keffiyehs but there were some.

From right to left that's the flag of Lebanon and Iraq and a grumpy guy.

All together now.

Those are signs for ACORN which is one of these organizations that address a host of social issues including immigration and housing for the poor. But if you've heard of them it's probably because they've had massive felony voter fraud problems over and over again in the last few years.

Our "Taxes" are also illegal?

Pretty much any event you go to somebody who happens to be gay will be there and in agreement and since they can't seem to get past identity politics this is the kind of sign you get. Every single time.

Do people not know that's a pro-gay flag? I'm never sure what San Francisco stuff I have to explain.

The "Plan Mexico" thing revolves around accusations about Bush sending money into Peru and Mexico to have anti-NAFTA people assassinated. Seriously. (Or if you believe the government it's to go after drug cartels).

Ok, go to part four, it's the last part.
